MINI WOODEN PIZZA DOUGH ROLLER
The mini pizza roller is perfect for those times when you need that extra bit of help to stretch your dough out. I use this tool quite often and I wouldn’t be without it. You can stretch and roll your pizza without damaging the crusts. This will help you make that great Neapolitan style pizza at home!

Dough Kneading Bread Machine
The key to creating great pizza at home is to make pizza dough using soft-grain pizza flour. Using a machine to help consistently knead the dough is a piece of equipment I couldn’t do without. I use a Panasonic Bread Maker to make all my pizza dough using the “Pizza” programme option.
WOODEN PIZZA PEELS
A lightweight wooden launch peel is the perfect tool to use when you launch your favourite pizza into your oven. What’s great about a wooden lightweight peel is that the pizza easily slides off, which means that you don’t have to use as much flour or semolina to stop your pizza from sticking to the peel.

DOUGH PROOFING BOXES
Once you’ve made your dough you will need to store your dough in an airtight plastic bowl with a lid. Any type of bowl will do as long as it is big enough for your dough to rise to twice its original size. Some cooks also like to use a bakers tray to proof the dough balls – these are flat plastic trays with a lid.
METAL PIZZA TURNING PEEL
You will need to turn your pizza whilst it cooks and there are two ways to do that. You can turn it outside of the oven with your fingers or you can turn it inside the oven using a small circular head peel. They are available with or without perforations. The peels that work best are lightweight, sturdy and have some perforations to allow the heat and flour to pass through during the cook.

Digital Laser Thermometer
There is one tool that you’ll need to use when cooking your pizza – and that is a digital laser thermometer. The reason why this tool is so important is because it can register the temperature of the centre of the pizza stone which is necessary to ensure your pizza base is properly cooked in a short time. I cook on a pizza stone that is 430c in the centre.
