Ooni has created their very own turning peel perfect for smaller pizza ovens.

This turning peel will help you to cook your pizzas faster by keeping the pizza in contact with the stone as you turn in your oven. This peel is seven inches and has a durable anodised aluminium surface, with a non-stick effect.  This will help you to slide the peel under the pizza.

The perforations will allow excess flour to fall through and this will help you cook a perfect pizza base.
